Our environmental management scheme according to the DIN EN ISO 14001:2005 standard, and our quality management system according to the DIN EN ISO 9001:2000 standard were audited by TÜV NORD Magyarország Kft (TÜV NORD Hungary Ltd.)
The company gives particular attention to know the defined and expected claims of the customers, and to fulfil them; to maintain the social requirements – especially the environment protecting laws; to the flexibility which follows the changes of requirements, and to the continuous quality development, in order to be able to fulfil its services in high standard.
The following facts have important role in the implementation of quality policy:

- The expertise of the colleagues, the extent of their knowledge, and their efficiency. So that we select them circumspectly, and continuously train them professionally.
- Using up-to-date and less environment polluting technologies, so that the management of the company ensures their renewal from time to time.
- The selection of suppliers, so that the company draws up high quality standards to classify and to control them. While selecting the suppliers, we prefer those who are classified by ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 numbered standards.
The management of the company plays important role in the quality control system. The general manager together with the employees do their best to the activity of the company fulfils the expectations of the client and the requirements of the society. The general manager coordinates personally the work which is to establish the MSZ EN ISO 9001:2001 quality management system.
From this very day, the general manager orders the use of the quality management system of the transformed company. In the same time with this quality policy declaration he puts into force the Quality Manual.
